Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers; the Chamber does not store full payment card details. Membership benefits, dues, and renewal terms are described in the applicable membership materials and may change over time. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees paid to the Chamber are non-refundable.

Member Portal & Accounts

Some features require an account or business-portal access. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or terminate access that we reasonably believe is being misused or that violates these Terms.

Member Directory & Listings

Business information displayed in our member directory is provided by members and is intended to promote their businesses. While we strive for accuracy, the Chamber does not guarantee that directory listings, hours, contact details, or other member-supplied content are complete or current. Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement.

User Submissions

When you submit content to the site — such as job listings, talent profiles, event details, contact messages, or business updates — you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate and not unlawful, infringing, or offensive. You grant the Chamber a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content in connection with operating the website and promoting the Atchison business community. We may review, edit, decline, or remove submissions at our discretion, including content that requires staff approval before publication.
