About Locally Atchison - Main Street
Locally Atchison - Main Street is a designated Kansas Main Street community, part of a national movement to revitalize historic downtown districts across America.
Working closely with the Atchison Area Chamber of Commerce, we coordinate events, support downtown businesses, and implement projects that make downtown Atchison a great place to live, work, and visit.
Our Programs Include:
- Downtown events and promotions
- Business recruitment and retention
- Façade improvement grants
- Historic preservation advocacy
- Shop Local campaigns

Locally Atchison Common Consumption Area
Enjoy a drink from a participating downtown establishment while you stroll the district. Look for the sponsoring and participating business stickers to see where CCA is accepted.
Rules & Regulations
- Alcoholic beverages must be purchased from a participating licensed establishment.
- Beverages must remain in an approved CCA cup.
- Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into the CCA from outside sources.
- Alcoholic beverages may not be taken outside the designated CCA boundaries.
- Please dispose of cups properly.
- All state and local alcohol laws remain in effect.
