Leadership Atchison is an intensive 7-month program designed to equip emerging leaders with the skills, knowledge, and networks needed to make a lasting impact on our community.

Participants gain insider access to local government, business operations, healthcare systems, and community organizations while developing their personal leadership style.

Since its founding, Leadership Atchison has graduated classes of alumni who continue to serve in key leadership roles throughout our community.
